In this agreement, the owner Alevizos Angelos with VAT number: 031819755 and the guest XXXXXX with VAT number:XXXXXX, regarding a short-term rental reservation with reservation date: XXXXXX}, we agree the following:

The owner provides for the dates from XXXXXX} to XXXXXX, total XXXXXX nights , the accommodation VytinaHouse located in Vytina, Arcadia, Zip 22010 with AMA 00000353282, as a short-term lease with a total price value XXXXXX.

Based on the above price, the space, all the services of the house, bed linen, heating, lighting, etc. are provided. The guest has the right to stay during the rental period in the house and make use of all its facilities, based on the persons stated when confirming the reservation.

The owner must provide the house in excellent condition and with all the amenities already mentioned and based on this report the rental was made.

In case of cancellation, any deposit is non-refundable.

The tenant received the house in excellent condition and did not indicate any failure or deficiency based on what was described during the reservation.

The tenant must deliver the house in the same condition in which he received it.

Any damages and damages that occur during the guest’s stay, are borne by the guest who is obliged to repair the damages or pay the price of the repair.

Any accident of the guest or any of the persons declared as members of the lease is borne by the guest and no responsibility lies with the owner.

By accepting the reservation, both parties accept the above terms.
